Almost every one of these terrific pictures would be worthy of a full-sized print! I would really love to see several of them in detail. Perhaps you will consider offering some of these for sale in the future?

Curating the photos that my paid subscribers get is always a bit of a casino game. What I like might not be what my paid subscribers like.

However, as I have already done, if one of my paid subscribers requests a certain photo that's in one of my free posts, I'll make a special paid post with that photo!

Since paid subscribers almost always see a photo before the free subscribers do - if you're a paid subscriber, and you see a free photo you like, you can go ahead and request it right away because it has already not been chosen for a paid post.

Tell me what you want, and I'll slip it into the stream.

I can't decide which I like the most, the best I can do is to put it this way;

Top favorite is: The view south to the Gunnison Canyon, Cimarron Valley, and the San Juans

And in almost the same spot but I'll have to call it second place: Black Canyon of the Gunnison, as seen from the north rim

All are great, especially when I looked at what I will grudgingly have to call third place: Volcanic tuff from the San Juan volcanic field

I haven't looked into the cost of getting these printed at either of our two expert print shops - yet, but when I do, I will have to agonize as to which ones I will have printed out of all the ones I have. I am so super-impressed by them that I'll have to pull down all the other pictures in the house to make room. A very small price to pay >ahem<. Is there a size you recommend before the truncation begins to become evident?

A large version of the Black Canyon from North Rim went out to paid subscribers on June 27, 2023. If it's not in your email archives, you can get it from the archives of my posts here.

I can post a large-sized version of the Hermit's Rest shot in a few days. Since there was a paid post that just dropped this morning, I'd like to wait a few days before dropping another. That's not a high-quality photo; there is a lot of haze in it. It might not print very well.

The shot of the "palisades" (what the locals call those columns of tuff) is a little weak on contrast. It, too, might not print well. But I can send it to all of you paid subscribers a little later if you'd like.

I'm going to answer the size question in a Notes post, so that more people can see it.

Don't go out of your way for me, Ken, I'm happy as hell with what I have. I'll check my archives as all of your posts are in there. I got behind when you were posting so frequently, I'm still working my way through them all.

Yeah, I've cut back to only one post every five days or so.

I found the Fall River one, I didn't get a chance to read it, so now I get to go through all the others to find out how many treasures I've missed! People need to see these, they're so inviting that, if I could, I definitely would pull out a blanket and have a picnic there - you can quote me on that!
